ATGI provides extensive Procurement / Construction Management services including:
· Project Management and Scheduling.
· Prepare Bidders List and solicit bids.
· Prepare Equipment Lists and related Purchasing Specifications to allow purchasing by either owner or contractor.
· Prepare Construction Bid Documents including bid forms/ breakdown, technical specifications, project conditions and contracts.
· Evaluate bids and make recommendations to owner.
· Evaluate contractors’ payment requests versus work completed to date. Make recommendations to owner for payment
· Provide on site ATGI Construction Field Representative(s) to expedite schedules and quality assurance. Includes marinating contractor site hours, resolve construction RFI’s, and receive owner purchased materials.
· Provide start up assistance and training. |
