ATGI provided engineering and design for civil, structural, mechanical, piping, electrical, automation and controls systems for two ‘grass roots’ fuel storage and distribution terminals.  These sites include truck loading/offloading, railcar loading/unloading, tank farm storage, pipeline receipt, personnel office building, storm water drainage system, vapor combustor unit, and a fire suppression system.  ATGI’s services included engineering, procurement, construction management, programming and startup of the facility.  Capital Cost = $30 Million
